Terms & Conditions
- Promoter: The prize draw is organised by Princes Mead Shopping Centre, Farnborough
- Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding anyone directly involved in organising the promotion and their immediate families. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary.
- How to enter: Comment with your guess of the new retailer on the official competition post on Princes Mead’s Facebook or Instagram page. Only correct guesses qualify for the draw. One entry per person per platform is permitted, giving a maximum of two entries per person. Additional comments do not provide additional entries. Automated entries or entries using multiple accounts on the same platform are not permitted.
- Closing date: Entries open when the official competition posts are published and close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 6th October 2026, UK time. Entries received after this time will not count.
- Prize: One winner will receive a £250 store voucher for the new retailer at Princes Mead. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash alternative is available. Travel and other expenses are not included. Voucher validity and redemption conditions are subject to the retailers general rules of vouchers.
- Winner selection: One winner will be selected on Wednesday 7th October 2026, using a verifiable random selection process, from all eligible correct entries pooled across Facebook and Instagram. There is one prize in total, not one per platform.
- Winner contact: The winner will be contacted by direct message on 7th October 2026 from the official Princes Mead account on the platform through which their winning entry was submitted. Princes Mead will never ask for payment or bank details to claim the prize.
- Claiming the prize: The winner must respond within seven days of the initial message. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact them. If they do not respond within that period, are ineligible or decline the prize, a replacement winner may be selected using the same process. The voucher will be supplied within 14 days of the new store opening at Princes Mead. The winner will be able to collect their voucher from the Princes Mead Management Office.
- Winner information: To demonstrate that the prize has been awarded, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request by emailing sayhello@onbrand.co.uk within three months of the closing date. Entrants may object to this information being shared, or request that its disclosure be reduced, by contacting the promoter. The information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
- Facebook and Instagram: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from this promotion.
- Acceptance: By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This does not affect their statutory rights.
