Princes Mead Shopping Centre Santa’s Grotto Feedback Form – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The feedback form is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.

Participants must have visited Santa’s Grotto at Princes Mead Shopping Centre during the specified period to provide valid feedback.

Incentive:

Participants who complete the feedback form will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £25 gift voucher for one of Princes Mead’s retailers (please note Smyths Toys and Decathlon are also part of Princes Mead, but ASDA is not).

The gift voucher is not transferable, redeemable for cash.

Participation Period:

The feedback form will be available for completion during the specified time frame mentioned in the communication materials.

Entry:

To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must complete the entire feedback form, providing accurate and honest feedback about their experience at Santa’s Grotto.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible participants who completed the feedback form.

The draw will be conducted within two weeks of the feedback form closing date.

Notification:

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the feedback form.

If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.

Gift Voucher Redemption:

The £25 gift voucher can only be redeemed at one of Princes Mead’s retailers listed on the official website (https://www.princesmead.co.uk/our-shops/), excluding ASDA.

Princes Mead Shopping Centre is not responsible for the terms and conditions associated with the chosen retailer’s gift voucher.

Publicity:

By participating, the winner agrees to the use of their name in promotional materials related to the prize draw.

Data Protection:

All personal information collected during this feedback form will be handled in accordance with Princes Mead’s privacy policy.

Disqualification:

Princes Mead Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.

By participating in the feedback form, participants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Princes Mead Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and for any reason.

Data Privacy Policy

In line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this privacy notice explains in detail the personal data Princes Mead retains about you and how we’ll store and handle that data, and keep it safe.

What data do we process?

We retain your name, email address and number of children attending. Everything supplied on the above form.

Why do we keep it?

If you have opted into marketing contact, we keep your data to contact you about future events at Princes Mead. We also use the data provided to track how many customers have used the grotto and to allow us to plan for future events adequately.

Where do we keep it?

It is hosted at a secure data centre.

Who can access it?

Only the Princes Mead team and our marketing agency OnBrand.

Who do we share it with?

No one.

How long do we keep it?

We will collect the least amount of information needed and will only keep it for as long as you are engaged with our marketing. If you unsubscribe to our marketing we will delete any information that we hold about you and add your e-mail to a ‘no further contact’ list.

How can I delete my data?

You may ask at anytime for your personal data to be deleted in full by emailing [email protected] and stating you’re a Princes Mead customer.
