July Charity of the Month: North Hampshire Deaf Children’s Society
This July, we’re proud to support the North Hampshire Deaf Children’s Society – a volunteer-led charity helping young Deaf children and their families feel connected, supported and empowered.
They create opportunities for children with hearing loss to meet others like them, build confidence, and develop communication skills. They also offer guidance to parents, carers and professionals – from friendly advice to support with education and benefits.
The charity is run by local volunteers, many of them parents of Deaf children, and works to raise awareness, influence local services, and bring families together across North Hampshire.
