To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.
Event Details

Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday from 23rd November 2025

Times: 11am–1pm and 1.30pm–3.30pm

Location: Princes Mead Shopping Centre

Cost: Free of charge

Booking: No booking required. A queuing system will be in place.
Admission & Entry

Entry to the grotto is at the discretion of event organisers and staff.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Children may not sit on Santa’s lap.
Queuing & Capacity

Queues will be managed to ensure Santa can see as many children as possible.

We may need to close the queue early to allow Santa to take scheduled breaks or to finish on time.
Photography

Personal photography and video recording are allowed.

Please be respectful and avoid capturing other visitors without permission.
Gifts from Santa

Each child will receive a small gift (subject to availability).

Gifts may vary and cannot be exchanged.

If your child has any allergies or dietary needs, please inform the helper elf before entering the grotto.
Behaviour

Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Princes Mead reserves the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave.
Lost Items

Princes Mead is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during your visit.
