🎄Light Switch-On & Snow Queen Visit | 11am – 3.30pm
Celebrate the start of the festive season! Our beautiful lights will twinkle to life throughout the day – and don’t miss the enchanting Snow Queen, gliding around the centre in icy white silk and velvet. Children are mesmerised by her singing and can even try on her sparkling tiara for a photo moment to remember.

🎅 Free Christmas Grotto | Every Saturday & Sunday, 11am – 1pm & 1.30 – 3.30pm
Meet Father Christmas in our cosy grotto, completely free of charge. No booking needed – just join the queue on the day and enjoy a magical moment with Santa. Open every weekend until Christmas!
Saturday 29th November
📚 Storytelling & Craft Sessions | 11am – 3.30pm
Help bring this classic Christmas story to life in these fun interactive storytelling sessions, then make your own elf ears to take home with you.
Saturday 6th December
❄️ Acrobatic Ice Elves | 11am – 3.30pm
Two frosted Ice Elves will be performing an Arctic acrobatic balance act around the centre – complete with breathtaking contortions, counterbalances, and snowflake-covered cheeks. Their cheeky personalities and dazzling moves are a joy to watch!
Saturday 13th December
🫧 Bubble Performer | 11am – 3.30pm
Be mesmerised by a magical bubble artist, stationed near the grotto, creating floating festive wonder for all ages. Plus, enjoy live performances by Helen Muggeridge, bringing nostalgic Christmas classics with a vintage twist.
Saturday 20th December
🎁 Roller Skating Presents | 11am – 3.30pm
Watch out for two glowing, gift-wrapped roller skating presents gracefully gliding through the centre! With their oversized bows, twinkling lights, and surprise pirouettes, they’re sure to delight little ones. Helen Muggeridge returns for a final day of beautiful live Christmas music.
